• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned once opened or used.
• If the product arrives damaged or leaked, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
• Replacement requests are subject to verification.

• No cancellations once the order has been shipped.

• Eligible for replacement/refund if:

  • Wrong product received
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Product leaked during transit
  • Product missing from order
